I brought my iPhone 6S in for a battery replacement, he double checked and confirmed my diagnosis, then handed it off to another technician for the work as he was working in a Lenovo computer on the counter while he took care of customers. I liked being able to watch the tech do the work, I used to work in electronics but I'm old and my hands and eyes aren't good enough to work on a lot of this newer stuff. These guys are real pros working fast and efficiently I can recognize it when I see it! The battery replacement was done in all of about 3 minutes and then we just had to wait for the phone to test the battery and say it had 100% capacity...
I would strongly recommend Fix Wireless for repairs on your devices...

I recently returned to Fix Wireless with my wife's iPhone with a bad battery that bulged and popped the display out of the case. I was worried it wouldn't be repairable. They reassured me it would be fine replaced the battery and put a clamp on it for a little while then sent me home with a rubber band wrapped around it telling me to leave it on overnight and it would be fine in the morning. It was! The phone is absolutely as good as it ever was...
